Summary: Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, if you did not receive your delivery, we will re-send it or issue a full refund.

HanziNames sells digital products (PDF certificates, digital wallpapers, and social sharing cards). Once your purchase is complete and the files are delivered to your email, the transaction is considered fulfilled.

Due to the nature of digital goods — which cannot be "returned" — we do not offer refunds for delivered products.
