We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:
- Email address – collected when you make a purchase, used solely to deliver your digital products.
- Name preferences – the information you enter in our name generator form (English name, gender, style preferences, etc.), used to generate your Chinese name.
- Anonymous session token – a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser's local storage to associate your generated names with your session. No personal data is linked to this token.
- Payment information – processed entirely by Paddle (our payment processor). We do not store your credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver your Chinese name and associated digital products.
- To send your purchased PDF certificate and digital assets via email.
- To improve our AI name generation service (in aggregated, anonymized form only).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Paddle – our payment processor, who handles transactions under their own Privacy Policy.
- When required by law.
4. Data Retention
Your email address and order information are retained for up to 2 years for support and re-delivery purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Cookies
We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your session token and display preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
